Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our clients' equipment and systems. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders - Review work orders and determine necessary materials, tools, and resources
- Procure necessary parts and supplies for maintenance activities
- Create and update equipment maintenance procedures and documentation
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs - Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks
Experience
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance
- Experience working with low voltage systems
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems is preferred.
