• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service schedules, prioritize tasks, and deliver prompt resolutions to customer inquiries and service requests. 
• Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks, accurately and comprehensively.
• Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers, ensuring they understand how to utilize our products effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at customer sites to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor, addressing customer concerns promptly, and exceeding their expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in a relevant fiel preferred. 
• Proven experience as a field service technician or a similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
